These terms apply to your use of gihsgroup.com and our online booking. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
Content on this site is for general information. It is not medical or legal advice, and using the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. USCIS requirements change, so please confirm current rules at uscis.gov or with an immigration attorney.
Appointments
Booking an appointment through our scheduler or by phone reserves a time slot; it is not a guarantee of any immigration outcome. Please reschedule or cancel as early as you can, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us. A family may book one slot and tell us how many people need an exam.
Fees and promotions
- The exam fee covers the physical examination and Form I-693 completion only.
- Laboratory tests and vaccines are provided by outside laboratories and pharmacies and are billed separately.
- Payment is due at your visit. Health insurance does not cover immigration exams.
- Promotional rates (currently $200 adult / $150 child) apply only to exams booked online through our scheduler and are valid from September 21 through October 21, 2026. Prices may change without notice.
Lab tests, vaccines and your form
We give you a lab order and, if needed, a vaccine prescription to complete at outside locations. Your sealed Form I-693 is prepared after we receive your lab results and vaccine records and is released to you for submission to USCIS. Do not open the sealed envelope.
Third-party services and links
The site links to or embeds services we do not control, including Lark scheduling, Google Maps and Google reviews. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Ownership
The text, logo and design of this site belong to GIHS Group or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIHS Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
